Webster County Sheriff Frankie Springfield reported the following accidents:

The Sheriff’s Office has requested the following correction be reported from the Oct. 23, 2013 report, changing Ware Trucking to Weir Trucking.
Sat., Oct. 12, 3:34 p.m.
Deputy Mitch Townsend responded to an accident on KY 630, 5 miles east of Dixon.
According to the report, Nicole Watson 35 of Dixon, was traveling westbound on 630 and encountered a Weir Trucking truck traveling the opposite direction. Watson reported that the truck was over the center line. To avoid a collision Watson said that she dropped off the shoulder of the road. When the truck had passed she reported that her car warned her to check tire pressure.
There were no injuries reported, but the vehicle was towed from the scene.
Wed., Nov. 6, 2:05 p.m.
Deputy  Mitch Townsend responded to an accident on US 41A, 4 miles north of Providence.
According to the report, James Bruland, 19 of Providence, was traveling north bound in a 1991 Cadillac Brougham in the rain when the rear  of his vehicle began to slide and he lost control. Bruland struck a guardrail and then a concrete bridge.
The vehicle was severely damaged and had to be towed, but there was no report of injury to Bruland or a passenger in the vehicle.
Sat., Nov. 9, 7:40 a.m.
Sheriff  Frankie Springfield responded to an accident on KY 56, 7 miles west of Dixon.
According to the report, Ronald E. Thomas, 57 of Nashville, TN was west bound on highway 56 in a 2012 Freightliner Box Truck leased by Crest LLC Logistics of Nashville hauling car parts. As he rounded a curve the driver reported a vehicle over the center line. In an attempt to avoid an accident Thomas got as far to the side of the road as possible, and his vehicle dropped off the shoulder. The other vehicle never stopped.
There were no injuries reported but the vehicle was towed.
