The Webster County Grand Jury was in session on November 12, 2013 and passed down the following indictments and decisions:
•Jeffrey Alexander Banks, 36 of Covington, KY was indicted on a charge of 1st Degree Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (less than 2 grams of Meth), a class D felony.
•Mark Allen Fambrough, 34 of Henderson, was indicted on a charge of Receiving Stolen Property Under $10,000, a class D felony.
•George Glenn Gilbert, 43 of Vincennes, IN was indicted on a charge of Flagrant Non Support, a class D felony.
•Gerald P. Papineau, 21 of Clay, was indicted on charges of 2nd Degree Burglary, a class C felony, and Theft by Unlawful Taking under $500, a class A misdemeanor.
•Anthony Troy Rafferty, 35 of Sebree, was indicted on charges of Receiving Stolen Property over $10,000, a class C felony, and Obscuring the Identity of a Machine more than $10,000, a class C felony.
•Jonathan Sampson, 26 of Providence, was indicted on a charge of Theft by Unlawful Taking, more than $500 but less than $10,000, a class D felony.
•Deborah G. Townsell, 60 of Providence, was indicted on a charge of Theft by Deception-Including Cold Checks, a class D felony.
•Travis M. Turner, 19 of Morganfield, was indicted on a charge of 1st Degree Burglary by Complicity, a class B felony.
