Webster County Circuit Court
The Webster County Circuit Court was in session on Jan. 2, 2014 and passed down the following sentence:
•Judge Rene Williams signed an Order Revoking Probation and Re-Sentencing for Ryan M. Pike for Failure to Report and Absconding Supervision.
He was re-sentenced to serve 7 years in prison originally sentenced on October 4, 2014.
•Judge Williams also signed a Order Revoking Probation and Re-Sentencing after receiving a new conviction.
He was re-sentenced to serve five years in prison for burglary from a July, 5 2013 sentence.
•George Glenn Gilbert entered a plea of guilty to a charge of Flagrant Non Support, a class D felony.
Judge Rene Williams sentenced him to one year in prison.
•Judge Williams signed an Order of Dismissal in the case of the Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Randall L. Travis due to lack of evidence and for not being able to locate the victim after numerous attempts.
