The Webster County Circuit Court was in session on Feb. 6, 2014 and passed down the following sentence:
•Roger Hammers was issued an Order Revoking Probation and Re-Sentencing after recieving a new felony conviction in Muhlenberg County.
Judge Rene Williams ordered Hammers to serve five years on the charge of Cultivation of Marijuana (over 5 plants), a class D felony and Trafficking in Marijuana (less than 8 oz.) a class A misdemeanor.
