Webster County Sheriff Frankie Springfield reported the following accident:

Deputy Donald Jones responded to an accident on KY 56 in Sebree
According to the report, Dorthy Marsh, 83 of Sebree was backing out of a parking spot in a 2005 Chrysler Town and Country, but her view was obscured by an SUV parked next to her. She failed to see the 2008 Toyota Prius Hybrid driven by Karen J. Taylor, 57 of Hanson.
Both drivers were examined by Webster County EMS but refused transport. Marsh’s vehicle remained in service, but Taylor’s car was towed from the scene.

Deputy Scott Starkey responded to an accident on KY 983 in Dixon.
According to the report, Ashlee Rich, 17 of Clay. was traveling south on KY 983 in a 2013 Ford Focus. When she entered the curve behind the Marathon she could not make the turn. Her vehicle went off the road, through a fence, struck a pole and then a vehicle parked at 315 US 41A North. That vehicle, a 1995 Ford F-150 belonging to Robert Gilaspie was knocked into a 2005 Chevy Express 4x2 also owned by Gilaspie.
There were no injuries reported, but Rich’s vehicle was towed.

Sheriff Frankie Springfield responded to an accident on KY 1340 in Dixon.
According to the report, Patsy Clark, 75 of Dixon, was traveling west bound on 1340 when her 1997 Ford F-150 began to slide in the snow. She slid into the east bound lane and struck a 2001 Ford Explorer driven by Debra Ford, 49 of Clay, which was stopped waiting to make a turn.
There were no injuries reported and only minor damages to both vehicles.

Sheriff Frankie Springfield responded to an accident on KY 109 in Clay
According to the report, Corey Davis, 33 of Huntsville, Mo was traveling north bound in a 2013 Freightliner. As the driver attempted to make a right turn onto Nall Street the rear wheels of his trailer dropped off the shoulder and began to slide on the icy roadway. The contents of the trailer (coal mine construction material) shifted, causing the trailer to overturn into a ditch.
There were no injuries reported, but moderate damages to the trailer.
Tue., Feb. 4, 3:09 p.m.
Deputy Derrick Ray responded to an accident on KY 138 three miles west of Slaughters
According to the report, Sarah E. Hobgood, 23 of Dixon was traveling west on 138 in a 2002 Ford F-150 when the rear of her vehicle started to slide. She was unable to regain control of the truck and exited the roadway. The vehicle made contact with an embankment before coming to a stop.
Hobgood refused medical treatment. The vehicle was towed.
Thu., Feb. 6, 2:49 p.m.
Deputy Derrick Ray responded to an accident on Roger Powell RD in Sebree
According to the report, Dustin Vaught, 20 of Hanson, turned into the parking lot of the baseball field in Sebree in a 1992 Dodge Dakota. He stated that he was traveling at 15 mph when his truck began to slide. He went over the curve, down the bank and struck a fence and the bleachers.
There were no injuries reported and no damage to the fence or bleachers. The vehicle sustained very minor damaged but remained in service.
