Webster County Sheriff Frankie Springfield reported the following accident:

Deputy Steve Madden responded to an accident on US 41A, two miles south of Poole.
According to the report, Bradley K. Hohimer, 28 of Sebree, KY, was turning from Highway 56 onto US 41A in a 1999 Chevy Cavalier but failed to see the approaching motorcycle piloted by Nathan S. Kearby, 42 of Dixon.
Kearby was transported to St. Mary’s in Evansville, IN by Webster County EMS.

Deputy Steve Madden responded to an accident on the Pennyrile Parkway five mile south of Sebree.
According to the report, Mariah K. Elmore, 18 of Evansville, IN was traveling north in a 2000 Toyota Celica when she says she fell asleep and went off the shoulder of the road. She over corrected and lost control, exiting the roadway and striking an embankment. The vehicle overturned and came to rest on it’s top.
There were no injuries reported but the vehicle was towed.
