Webster County Grand Jury
The Webster County Grand Jury was in session on Jan. 14, 2014 and passed down the following indictments:
•Lori Belt, 27 of Providence, was indicted on a charge of Theft by Unlawful Taking, a class D felony.
•Michael A. Papineau, 56 of Providence, was indicted on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence - 3rd offence, a class A misdemeanor; 4th Degree Assault, a class A misdemeanor; 1st Degree Wanton Endangerment - 6 counts, a class D felony; 2nd Degree Criminal Mischief, a class A misdemeanor; and 1st Degree Criminal Mischief, a class D felony.
•Ronald Robinson Jr, 25 of Providence, was indicted on a charge of Theft by Unlawful Taking, a class D felony.
•Billy Utley was indicted on charges of Murder, Being a Convicted Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Cultivating Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana and Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
