The Webster County Circuit Court was in session on Jan. 14, 2014 and passed down the following judgements:
•James Hardrick was charged with Enhancement Manufacturing of Methamphetamine, a class A felony; Enhancement 1st Degree Possession of Meth, a class C felony; Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a class D felony; and Having a Controlled Substance Not in the Original Container, a class B misdemeanor.
Hardrick plead guilty to Criminal Attempt to Manufacture Meth, a class C felony; 1st Degree Possession of Meth, a class D felony; and Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor.
Judge Rene Williams sentenced him to serve 10 years for the manufacturing charge, three years for possession and 12 months for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, all to run concurrently.
•April R. Taylor plead guilty to charges of 1st Degree Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (Morphine), a class C felony, and 3rd Degree Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (Unspecified), a class A misdemeanor.
Judge Williams sentenced her to five years for the first charge and 12 months for the second. Sentence is to run consecutively with Webster Circuit Case 10-CR-00072 for a total of 10 years.
Judge Williams granted Taylor shock probation for a period of five years on the requirement that she complete the teen challenge program.
•Craig Bloomer plead guilty to charges of 1st Degree Wanton Endangerment, a class D felony, and 1st Degree Fleeing or Evading, a class D felony.
Judge Williams sentenced him to five years on each charge, to run concurrently for a total of five years.
