Webster County Sheriff Frankie Springfield reported the following accident:
Sun., Jan. 12, 1:14 p.m.
Deputy Scott Starkey responded to an accident on US 41A in Dixon.
According to the report, Janet Brce, 74 of Dixon, was turning into the Marathon Station, but failed to see the vehicle driven by Marvin Walker, 66 of Newburgh, IN.
There were no injuries and both vehicles left under their own power.
Mon., Jan. 13, 5:52 a.m.
Deputy Cory Patmore responded to an accident on KY 109 in Clay.
According to the report, Ian Bradley, 18 of Clay was entering the parking lot of The Clay One Stop when he was struck by a vehicle that left the scene of the accident.
Eye witnesses identified the driver of the second vehicle as Sarah Barnes, 31 of Clay. When contacted by Deputy Patmore, she confirmed that she had been driving.
There were no injuries reported.
Tue., Jan. 14, 7:39 a.m.
Sheriff Frankie Springfield responded to an accident on KY 56 in Poole.
According to the report, Shay Bradley, 17 of Sebree, was pulling out of a driveway but reported that the sun blinded her. She pulled into the path of Karol Conrad, 57 of Corydon, Ky.
There were no injuries reported. Both vehicles were moderatley damaged but managed to leave the scene under their own power.
Thu., Jan. 16, 10:23 p.m.
Deputy Steve Madden responded to a three car accident on US 41 in Sebree.
According to the report, Aaron Jennings, 18 of Sebree, and Robert Powell, also 18 of Sebree, were stopped waiting to make a left turn when they were struck from behind by John Cates, 47 of Slaughters.
There were no injureis reported, but Cates’ vehicle was towed.
