Webster County Grand Jury
The Webster County Grand Jury was in session on Feb. 11, 2014 and passed down the following indictments:
•Tonja Jean Martin, 63 of Providence, was indicted on a charge of 1st Degree Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (less than 10 D.U. Opiates), a class D felony.
•Johnny Carroll Belt, 51 of Providence, was indicted on a charge of 1st Degree Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (less than 4 grams of cocaine), a class C felony.
•Michael A. Cummings, 46 of Nebo, was indicted on a charge of 1st Degree Sexual Abuse of a Victim Under the age of 12, a class C felony.
