Webster County Circuit Court


   
The Webster County Circuit Court was in session on Feb. 6, 2014 and passed down the following decisions:
•Michael A. Papineau plead guilty to charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence, 3rd offense, a class A misdemeanor; 4th Degree Assault, a class A misdemeanor; 1st Degree Wanton Endangerment (6 counts), a class D felony; 2nd Degree Criminal Mischief, a class A misdemeanor; and 2st degree Criminal Mischief, a class D felony.
Judge Rene Williams sentenced Papineau to a total of five years in prison.
•Terry D. McNary plead guilty to 1st Degree Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (less than 4 grams of cocaine), a class D felony; Trafficking in Marijuana, a class A misdemeanor; 3rd Degree Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (unspecified), a class A misdemeanor; Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor; 2nd Degree Fleeing or Evading Police (motor vehicle), a class A misdemeanor; 2nd Degree Fleeing or Evading Police (on foot), a class A misdemeanor; Operating on a Suspended or Revoked License, a class B misdemeanor; Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class D felony; and Disregarding a Stop Sign.
Judge Rene Williams sentenced McNary to a total of five years in prison. That sentence was then placed on probation for a period of five years.
•Zindell Lindle plead guilty to a charge of Theft by Unlawful Taking ($500 or more, but less than $10,000), a class D felony.
He was sentenced to five years in prison.
•Rebecca Franklin Hill plead guilty to charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs, a class B misdemeanor; 3rd Degree Assault, a class D felony; 2nd Degree Disorderly Conduct, a class B misdemeanor; 3rd Degree Terroristic Threatening, a class A misdemeanor; and Leaving the Scene of an Accident, a class A misdemeanor.
Judge Rene Williams sentenced her to a total of one year in prison.
