Webster County Circuit Court
The Webster County Circuit Court was in session on March 6, 2014 and passed down the following sentence:
•Chris Tucker plead guilty to charges of Driving on a DUI Suspended License, 2nd offense, a class A misdemeanor; and Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs, 4th offense, a class D felony.
Judge Rene Williams sentenced him to one year in prison.
•Gerald P. Papineau plead guilty to charges of 2nd Degree Burglary, a class C felony and Theft by Unlawful Taking under $500, a class A misdemeanor.
Judge Williams sentenced him five years for the felony charge and 12 months for the misdemeanor.
Judge Williams also issued an Order of Probation/Conditional Discharge for Papineau, placing him on probation for a period of five years.
