Webster County Grand Jury
The Webster County Grand Jury was in session on December 9, 2014 and passed down the following Indictments:
•Ellen Allen, 18 of Providence, was indicted on a charge of Theft by Unlawful Taking ($10,000 or more), a class C felony. She is accused of stealing $24,574 from Sureway in Providence during a period of time between April of 2014 and August of 2014.
•Bobby R. Cain, 30 of Princeton, KY was indicted on charges of 3rd Degree Criminal Mischief by Complicity, a class B misdemeanor; 3rd Degree Burglary by Complicity, a class D felony; and Theft by Unlawful Taking ($500 or more) by Complicity.
He is accused of breaking into the Providence Recycling Center.
•Brian Lee Jenkins, 35 of Sebree, was indicted on charges of Public Intoxication from a Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol), a class B misdemeanor; 1st Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth), a class D felony; Possession of Marijuana, a class B misdemeanor; and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor.
•Rebecca Tiffany Myers, 25 of Slaughters, was indicted on charges of Identity Theft, a class D felony; 2nd Degree Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument, a class D felony; five counts of 2nd Degree Forgery, a class D felony; and Theft by Deception (including cold checks, under $500), a class A misdemeanor

Webster County Circuit Court
The Webster County Circuit Court was in session on December 11, 2014 and passed down the following decision:
•Mary Frances Mitchell, 42, plead guilty to charges of 1st Degree Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (more than 10 doses); Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence, 2nd offense; 2nd Degree Wanton Endangerment; and Operating a Motor Vehicle on a  License Revoked or Suspended for a DUI.
Judge Rene Williams sentenced her to a maximum of five years in prison and issued an Order of Probation.
•In a second case Mary Frances Mitchell plead guilty to charges of Fleeing or Evading Police; Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Judge Williams sentenced her to four years in prison, to run concurrently with the previous case.
